Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rate Sweden. 49.- kr for all orders in Sweden. Free shipping on orders over 500 kr-. Shipping with Budbee 1-2 days.
International shipping rate. 10 euro for all international orders. Free shipping on all orders over 100 euro. 1-2 days shipping time.
Free Express Shipping – orders of SEK 1000/EUR 100 or more in Europe. Please note your order total must reach SEK 1000/EUR 100 or more after any discounts have been applied.
Free Express Shipping – orders of SEK 500/EUR 50 or more in Sweden. Please note your order total must reach SEK 500/EUR 50 or more after any discounts have been applied.
We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from when you've placed your order. Some remote destinations may take a little longer.
Any eventual shipping costs that may apply will be clearly shown during checkout prior to your purchase and may change from time to time, this section of our document only aims to cover the terms of our service.

Express shipping to International Destinations – SEK 150*
Free Express Shipping – on orders of SEK 1500/EUR 150 or more. Please note your order total must reach SEK 1500/EUR 150 or more after any discounts have been applied.
We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from when you've placed your order. Some remote destinations may take a little longer. Local customs regulations and process may effect the final delivery timing.
All International deliveries must be signed for.
Chinese orders must be less than 1000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi (approximately SEK 1400/EUR 140 depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.
Vietnam orders must be less than 2.000.000 VND (approximately SEK 850/EUR 85 depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Our prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities. These costs can vary from country to country. Any such additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Von Norten Cosmetics kindly asks our customers to source this information prior to purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will sent to you so that you may track the progress of your shipment at any time.
International Orders will be charged in Swedish Krona (SEK) and in some cases Euro (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) as per your order confirmation. The final transaction charge to your account may vary slightly due to moment-by-moment exchange rate fluctuations.
A document containing a customs declaration will accompany all international shipments outside Europe. We are required to declare the value of the goods to customs. This value will be as per the order value in SEK. We are unable to mark orders as ’gift orders’ as we are a retail company.

Von Norten Cosmetics does not take responsibility for any product loss or stolen goods, which has been addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to return a product, let us know by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days following your purchase at our web shop. We can only return products that have been purchased at our web shop.
Only send back your return after you have received a return confirmation email from us.
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted if the products are not opened or used. We cannot issue a return until we have received the returned product.
Once the product is returned and we have received all of the necessary details, we will return the money to the given account number. This usually takes around 3-5 working days.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, nor will your expenses for returning the product back to us. When sending back a product, please pack the goods safely to secure from any potential damage, and keep a copy or record of the shipping information. We are not responsible if the returned item is damaged or lost in transit to us. Special orders and sales items cannot be returned.
If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, or you have received the wrong product, we will of course compensate for this by covering shipping expenses for the return of the product and send you a new item. If the product is out of stock, we will arrange to reimburse the full amount paid.
