Return & Exchange Policy
If you want to return a product, let us know by contacting our customer service at email@example.com, within 14 days following your purchase at our web shop. We can only return products that have been purchased at our web shop.
Only send back your return after you have received a return confirmation email from us.
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted if the products are not opened or used. We cannot issue a return until we have received the returned product.
Once the product is returned and we have received all of the necessary details, we will return the money to the given account number. This usually takes around 3-5 working days.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, nor will your expenses for returning the product back to us. When sending back a product, please pack the goods safely to secure from any potential damage, and keep a copy or record of the shipping information. We are not responsible if the returned item is damaged or lost in transit to us. Special orders and sales items cannot be returned.
If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, or you have received the wrong product, we will of course compensate for this by covering shipping expenses for the return of the product and send you a new item. If the product is out of stock, we will arrange to reimburse the full amount paid.

Von Norten reserves the right to review, edit, delete or move any material provided for display or placed on the website/ web shop without notice.
We always do our best to display the products as close to reality as possible at our online web shop. We cannot guarantee that the colors will be exactly as shown in reality, due to the type of device and colors you are using.
We process all personal data that you as customer provide in accordance with the GDPR. We guarantee that no information about you is used or sold to a third party advertisements, but is used only internally by us at Von Norten. Your e-mail address is used for order confirmation and for other information about your purchased order. If you want to remove or change the data from the registry, please, send our customer service an email. Details about your order will be submitted to Klarna if you have picked one of Klaren's payment options with us. Once you have purchased or placed an order, we collect your personal data; Your address (shipping and invoice address, if these are different ) and information about the chosen payment method (credit card number, credit card holder).
